STC and the Department of Information Technology provide telephony services district wide.
STC faculty, staff and students are ensured communication throughout the college campuses and the public switch telephone network. The services provided include: phone services for local, long distance, and international calling, fax services; voicemail services, a ‘meet me’ extension for conference calls and support, client services call centers, chat services, and Emergency Responder Enhanced 911 services.
Requests
Telephone connection requests are completed once the hiring process is complete. When requested a work order will be created by the Help Desk and the setup schedule will be established. Requests for services such as fax, call center and international calling may be generated by the Department Head or person in charge by contacting the IS&P Help Desk.
