Departments needing refurbished computers may make their request via phone, email, or chat from IS&P Help Desk.
Based on the availability; a refurbished computer will be issued and a schedule date will be set up for installation.
Computing hardware will be considered obsolete under one or more of the following conditions:
- It can no longer provide a “basic level of service”
- It has exceeded its useful life
- It can no longer be effectively supported by the Desktop Support team.
