INCIDENT TYPE: SCHEDULED SERVICE DISRUPTION
AFFECTED SERVICES: All Banner Services: Travel and Expense, JagNet, DegreeWorks, Touchnet, CLM, Xtender, Appworx, Argos, and ODS.
AFFECTED CAMPUSES: All Campuses
ESTIMATED DOWNTIME: Approximately twelve (12) hours
Saturday 8/5 @ 8:00 PM – Sunday 8/6 @ 8:00 AM

Information Technology will perform Banner upgrades, starting August 5th. Students, faculty, and staff will be unable to utilize affected services during the maintenance window.

PLEASE NOTE: Blackboard WILL be available during the maintenance window.
