Scheduled Service Disruption for Saturday, June 17th, 2017

INCIDENT TYPE: SCHEDULED SERVICE DISRUPTION
AFFECTED SERVICES: All Services including Banner, Travel and Expense, JagNet, DegreeWorks, Touchnet, CLM, Xtender, Appworx, WebFocus, Argos, and ODS.
AFFECTED CAMPUSES: All Campuses
ESTIMATED DOWNTIME: Approximately twenty four (24) hours
Saturday 6/17 @ 6:00 PM – Sunday 6/18 @ 6:00 PM

Information Technology will be performing ODS and Database upgrades, starting June 17, 2017. Students, faculty, and staff will be unable to utilize affected services during the upgrade period.

Downtime has been extended from its original ending time of Sunday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
