INCIDENT TYPE: SCHEDULED SERVICE DISRUPTION
AFFECTED SERVICES: All Services including Banner, Travel and Expense, JagNet, DegreeWorks, Touchnet, CLM, Xtender, Appworx, WebFocus, Argos, and ODS.
AFFECTED CAMPUSES: All Campuses
ESTIMATED DOWNTIME: Approximately twelve (12) hours
Saturday 6/10 @ 8:00 PM – Sunday 6/11 @ 8:00 AM

Information Technology will be perform Banner General, Financial Aid and Database upgrades, starting June 10, 2017. Students, faculty, and staff will be unable to utilize affected services during the upgrade period.

PLEASE NOTE: Blackboard WILL be available during the maintenance window.
