How Do I…

Access services from home?
The services below are provided via the JagNet portal and may be accessed with the STC username and password from anywhere, at any time, using any device that has Internet connectivity.
  • Office 365 (JagMail, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft OneDrive, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel). For assistance with functionality, go to Office 365 Support
  • Registration, Pay Bill, View Grades, and Financial Aid Status
  • DegreeWorks
  • Blackboard

What can I do if I have issues logging in to JagNet?
If you have issues logging in, contact the IT Service Desk at (956) 872-2111.
What can I do if I do not know my username or need to reset my password?
If you need to reset your password, visit the MyPassword website. If you do not remember your username, contact the IT Service Desk at (956) 872-2111.
Contact my instructor?
You can use Microsoft Teams and JagMail to contact your instructor. Teams tutorials are available here

Log into JagNet and click on the JagMail icon.

How Do I…

Access from home?

  • Banner Self-Service (Student, Human Resources, Finance)
  • TimeClock Plus for Supervisors ONLY

Access my files?
Files stored in OneDrive can be accessed from anywhere at any time as long as you have an Internet connection.
To access Banner Admin Pages (INB), Argos, and shared drives (home and department folders), speak to your supervisor for further information.
How do I use Microsoft Teams?
Microsoft Teams is a collaboration tool that interfaces with other Microsoft Office 365 applications like OneDrive, Power Point, and SharePoint. STC students, faculty, and staff can use instant messaging, video conferencing, recording, screen and file sharing.
Leverage Microsoft Teams for:
  • Working from Campus or Remotely
