Institutional Effectiveness and Assessment (IEA)
IEA facilitates the planning, assessment, analysis and reporting stages of the college's institutional effectiveness process. It is a primary resource for identifying strategies that promote achievement of STC's mission, vision, core values and strategic plan.
IEA provides tools and professional development to identify objectives that enhance student success and improve unit performance. IEA also assists units in documenting their commitments to cross-departmental initiatives.
