...is proud to announce the completion of the Pecan Campus & Mid-Valley wireless networks. The wireless network has been installed for use by students, faculty and staff and it adds to the growing number of services provided by the Department of Technology Resources.
The Campus' wireless network is a Cisco Unified Wireless Network. Students, faculty and staff can take advantage of features such as:
- Anytime, anywhere access to information to promote mobile learning
- Anytime, anywhere access to e-mail and Internet
- Security policy enforcement (keep current wired network secure and robust)
Here’s what you need to get connected:
- Wireless card
- Wireless connection software (Included with your wireless card)
- Windows Zero Configuration
- Updated virus scanner (required)
