STC and the Department of Technology Resources provide telephony services district wide.
STC faculty, staff and students are ensured communication throughout the college campuses and the public switch telephone network. The services provided include: Phone services for local, long distance, and international calling, fax services; voicemail services, a meet me extension for conference calls and support, Client Services call centers, chat services, and Emergency Responder Enhanced 911 services.
Telephone requests are done through the Client Services once an employee is hired. Other services like fax, call center and International calling requests can be generated by the Department Head or person in charge.
