Description
STC offers endpoint protection as our Antivirus solution. All College-owned computers have endpoint protection installed which is centrally managed by Desktop Support technicians. Endpoint protection prevents, quarantines, and removes malware infections. Antivirus definitions are updated automatically as soon as they are available on our management server.
Functionality
Endpoint protection keeps systems and files from getting viruses, spyware, worms, Trojans, and other security risks. It detects and cleans malware and allows Desktop Support to easily configure policies to manage quarantined items.
Requests
Endpoint protection is automatically installed on STC managed computers. If your computer is not managed and doesn’t have endpoint protection installed, please contact our IS&P Helpdesk @ 872-2111.
