Scheduled Service Disruption for Saturday, Dec. 3rd, 2016

INCIDENT TYPE: SCHEDULED SERVICE DISRUPTION
AFFECTED SERVICES: All Services including Banner, JagNet, DegreeWorks, Touchnet, CLM, Xtender, Appworx, WebFocus, Argos, and ODS.
Internet and Services on campus will not be available after 6:00 PM on November 5th until 8:00 AM on November 6th.
AFFECTED CAMPUSES: All Campuses
ESTIMATED DOWNTIME: Approximately sixteen (16) hours.
Saturday 12/3 @ 8:00 PM – Sunday 12/4 @ 12:00 PM

Information Technology will perform a database upgrade and scheduled patching to multiple systems starting December 3rd, 2016.
Students, faculty, and staff will be unable to utilize affected services during the upgrade period.

PLEASE NOTE: Blackboard WILL be available during the maintenance window.
