Institutional Effectiveness Team
Statement of Purpose
The purpose of this organization shall be to advise and support the institutional effectiveness, planning, assessment, and research at South Texas College. To this end, the Team shall facilitate the IE processes, serve as the voice of faculty and staff in interpreting institutional data and using data for continuous improvement, and encourage professional development of Team members and College personnel with a functional interest or involvement in these areas.
